Who we are. CosmicShe (“we”) is operated by Crexeo Digital S.R.L., a company registered in Romania (registration no. J40/10508/28.08.2020/ CUI RO43069366), with its registered office at Popovici Nicolae 2, Bucharest. Contact: hello@cosmicshe.com. For EU/GDPR purposes, we are the data controller for the data described below.
Calculator data
When you use our numerology calculators, the birth dates and names you enter are processed in your browser to calculate your results. We do not send these inputs to Google Analytics, and our calculators do not require an email address.
Some calculator journeys use temporary browser storage to carry information between pages. For example, a date entered on the homepage is held briefly to prefill the Life Path calculator and deleted once it is read, and a calculated Life Path number can be carried to the name calculator for the rest of your browser session.
The compatibility calculator also asks for a second person’s birth date. It is processed in your browser in the same way and is not stored. Please only enter information you may lawfully share.
If we introduce optional emailed results, we will explain what information is required, how it is stored and how long it is kept before launching that feature.
Email communications
We use MailerLite to manage newsletter subscriptions and related emails. When you subscribe, we process your email address and your subscription details. You must confirm your subscription by email (double opt-in), and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email. Legal basis: consent.
Accepting cookies on this site does not sign you up for any emails. The newsletter has its own separate sign-up.
Payments and order fulfillment
Payments for paid readings are processed by Stripe. We do not receive your full payment-card details.
When you buy a reading, we receive the information needed to create and deliver it and to support your order: your name, birth date and email address. Our order service is hosted on Render, and order emails are sent through Resend.
Analytics and consent
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use CosmicShe, including which pages are visited and how the calculators are used. Google Analytics is blocked until you accept Statistics cookies in our consent banner, which is provided by Complianz.
You can withdraw your consent at any time using the Manage consent control on every page. Withdrawing stops future analytics collection and removes the Google Analytics cookies from your browser. It does not erase information that was already processed.
If you accept Statistics, Google Analytics sets two cookies: _ga, which distinguishes visitors, and _ga_BZBG49DF6H, which keeps the state of your visit. Their lifetime is set by Google, and they are removed if you withdraw consent. Our consent tool sets cookies whose names start with cmplz_ to remember your choice, and our hosting network sets a security cookie (__cf_bm) to protect the site from automated abuse.

What we never do
We do not sell personal data. We do not use your birth data for anything other than calculating your results or creating a reading you ordered. We do not run advertising or marketing trackers (this will be updated if that ever changes).
Retention
Newsletter data: until you unsubscribe. Orders: as required for accounting and legal obligations.
We keep your order details (your name, birth date and email) and a copy of your reading, so we can resend it or fix a problem. The reading file is deleted after 180 days. Your details are deleted after 12 months. Email us at hello@cosmicshe.com and we will delete them sooner.
Your rights (GDPR & similar laws)
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent — email hello@cosmicshe.com; we respond within 30 days. You may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Service providers
Depending on how you use CosmicShe, our service providers include:
- Rocket.net: website hosting, including its content-delivery and security network.
- Google Analytics: optional website analytics, only with your consent.
- Complianz: the consent banner and cookie-choice management.
- MailerLite: newsletter subscriptions and emails.
- Stripe: payment processing.
- Render: hosting of our order service.
- Resend: order emails.
We use these services only for these purposes and look for appropriate contractual and data-protection safeguards with each of them.
International data transfers
Some service providers may process personal data outside the European Economic Area. Where this applies, we rely on valid transfer mechanisms and safeguards, which may include adequacy decisions or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses. Children
This site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
